An update after hitting the third part of the season. The team just released Denis Hama to Castelli for 91k, raising enough funds to hire Romano Guillen from Team Oasis. Of course, everytime team has fresh money to move on and rise, the manager is victim of a very particular syndrome: OCSS (Obsesive Compulsive Scouting Syndrome).
It's not Armstrong's fault, he can't resist temptation. After several failed scouts we just waited for the show up of the new talents of 4:30 GMT. While jumping up and down in the OCM Chat, the manager saw the clock, 4:38 GMT; it was time to check.
Only one new rider generated. After considering manager did the quick scout, Very Good. The manager didn't thought twice and before someone could check Hire List we took a large plastic bag and kidnap the poor kid.
''Don't struggle, krause, or I will shoot you!'' the leader of scoutmen said. The poor teenager didn't reply and he passed out after the lack of air.
''Perfect, another dude to experiment,'' Manager Armstrong said when he saw the new fresh victim.  Siegfried Schnaars, welcome to the cleanest team of OCM Universe. He has nothing special, just a great german name, sorry german teams. He will lead the new Opera Academy for young Mozarts, founded by Manager Armstrong.
His talent with the piano is none, but he will have to learn if he wants to keep his hands. His voice is terrible, but he will have to sing anyways, he is the rookie of the team; unless Romano joins him to make a duo, which could be possible.
And of course, as Siegfried has None in 7 of his 8 skills, there's no need to publish them here. Yes, another round of scouting failed. Or not?

I have noticed there are certain hours the talents appear in waves. I only scout one skill, had VG so I did the hiring/full scout, and it was good the result, guess the others that appeared after him are the bad guys with no talent. If I don't want to keep him afterwards, maybe I can sell him for 80-100k but he is young, so he can have some time without training.
Ouch, Paying for a quick scout then the hire so I hope he had low enough DP so you can at least DP dope the rider to gain some of the cash back.
Do all new talents show up at 4:30 GMT? As i thought it was random but thought it was different at one point so would make sense if it not.
